The Power & Practice of Collaboration Resource Round-Up

Yesterday,  Backcountry.com's Diana Seung and I were featured in a webinar on the "Power and Practice of Collaboration." The session was part of a series on leadership hosted by Camber Outdoors, an organization working to "achieve equality for all women in the outdoors, from the backcountry to the boardroom."

If you missed the webinar, you can now watch the video online of our discussion in which we highlighted a couple of useful frameworks, shared stories from our own practices of collaboration, and fielded questions from the webinar participants!

As I am apt to do, I referenced a whole host of resources during the course of the webinar and in my slides. I had also tweeted them out earlier that day, so here's a roundup of those all in one place!

Thanks to Camber Outdoors for inviting me to do a couple of our favorite things -- share what I've learned (and continue to learn) and connect people to new resources that can help them shape a more positive world!

What are your favorite resources about collaboration?  Building trust?  Gender and leadership?  Share them in the comments or tweet them at me at @AKGold11.
