...leaders of companies that go from good to great start not with “where” but with “who.” They start by getting the right people on the bus, the wrong people off the bus, and the right people in the right seats. And they stick with that discipline—first the people, then the direction—no matter how dire the circumstances.
This idea got me thinking. I love connecting people and resources, and I've lived and worked on a bunch of issues, in a range of sectors, and in a handful of locations. When I've mapped my network, I've discovered that I'm often find the lone connection between two people I know. And a lot of these people I know are working to create more positive impact in the world.
So, I want to be able to connect great people to one another, and to meaningful and impactful work. Inspired by this great tinyletter called Interested?? I figured that going forward, I would would share a monthly round up of job and consulting opportunities that folks connected to Optimistic Anthropology are looking to fill.
